Final Walk with a Doc on Wolf Run Trail featured spectacular fall colors

Dr. Janelle Hupp of Sauk Prairie Healthcare Wisconsin Heights Clinic led the final Walk with a Doc of the season at Wolf Run Trail in Mazomanie late last Wednesday afternoon. The program encourages both outdoor activity and informal interaction with local physicians. The Wisconsin Heights Clinic program, which has drawn many regular attendees, with groups sometimes totaling over a dozen walkers, was originally scheduled for the first, second and third Wednesdays of May through August. Due to popular demand dates were extended through September, then again through October 16. Dr. Hupp and five walkers bundled up for the cool, breezy weather and went out to enjoy the view of the river, farms and hillsides from the covered bridge, returning just as the sun went down. The program is expected to resume in May 2020.
