Home ›Voter registration opportunities across the area in February and March
Over 60 people from surrounding communities attended a Jan. 9 training in Mazomanie, conducted by the League of Women Voters of WI. The volunteers will offer free, non-partisan assistance with voter registration at local libraries, Southwest Technical College, UW-Platteville and local high schools.
Voters can see if they’re registered to vote at MyVote.com. They can also register to vote and/or request an absentee ballot on that site. New voters must complete online registration 20 days before the election where they intend to vote. They can also register to vote beforehand at their municipal clerk’s office or at their polling place on the day of the election. If they register on the day of election at their polling place, they must bring an acceptable photo I.D. and proof of residence (examples on MyVote.com.)
Register to Vote in April 7, 2020 Election!
