Kruse drowning a tragic reminder about river safety

Parker Kruse was one of 16 people in the state to lose their life in a boating accident so far this year. According to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), operator inexperience, inattention, recklessness and speeding are the four leading causes of tragic watercraft crashes and the leading cause of death is drowning.
