News from the Black Earth Historical Society

In an effort to keep the public informed about the Black Earth Historical Society’s upcoming events and display some of the local history, the society has taken over one of the wall display cases in the lobby of the Black Earth Post Office. Currently posted are copies of old Black Earth post cards from about 100 years ago. Also posted are special events, fundraisers, membership information and meeting dates of the society. The 2022 calendars for the Black Earth Historical Society’s annual fundraiser are now available. Take a look back at the history of Black Earth and the surrounding area in the 2022 calendar, featuring historical photos from the BEHS archives and more.
