Saint Al’s holds Walk for Goodness’ Sake

The St. Al’s Home and School Association held their annual Walk for Goodness’ Sake fundraiser on May 23rd. After rescheduling due to forecasted rain and thunderstorms, St. Al’s preschool through 5th grade students, staff, some parents, siblings and grandparents walked around the St. Al’s field on a beautiful May morning. Each student’s goal was to collect $150 in pledges for the walk (some were flat donations while other pledges were per lap). The students exceeded the goal, raising over $30,000! St. Aloysius School raised an amazing $30,145 for their annual Walk For Goodness’ Sake fundraiser, with all proceeds going towards STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education.
