Panchromatic Steel to play at the Pavilion in Mazo

Rural Musicians Forum (RMS) presents the steel-drum ensemble Panchromatic Steel on Monday August 22, at 7:30 p.m. at the Pavilion on the Promenade in Mazomanie. The band has blazed an entirely new trail by fusing island styles with pop hits, rock and jazz into a high-energy blend that is hard to categorize but easy to love. Bring an appetite because M&J Jamaican Kitch’n will be on hand to serve Caribbean fare for sale, such as jerk chicken/pork, curried coconut sauce fish/tofu, beans and rice, cooked cabbage and fried plantains. The concert is outdoors, plan to bring lawn chairs or blankets. No tickets are required for the concert, but a free will donation will be requested.
