Black Earth Elementary sold, antique store slated to move in

The Wisconsin Heights School District has “an approved offer to purchase [the Black Earth Elementary property] from William Baney,” according to District Administrator Jordan Sinz. “[Baney] intends to keep the building and renovate the space. His intended purpose at this time is to provide retail space for crafts and antiques.”
