Ground broken on Leola Hall, addition to River Arts Center

Leola Hall (named after Lea Culver) has broken ground next to the Sauk Prairie River Arts Center. The space is designed to be used for meetings, banquets, and performances, as well as a backstage space for large performances in the existing theater.
