The Wisconsin Heights high school culinary class has been busy learning about fruits and vegetables and safe knife skills. The students were able to make mini fruit pizzas, fruit skewers with a honey yogurt dip, baked sweet potato chips, and bruschetta. Here are some of the students enjoying their labor.
