Juvenile with pellet gun outside of Sauk Prairie High School arrested

According to a press release from the Sauk Prairie Police Department, officers were called to Sauk Prairie High School at 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, September 19th after being “alerted by the […] School District of a juvenile male outside of the Sauk Prairie High School who displayed a firearm during a disturbance with other juveniles.” The release continues, “At 1:16 p.m. the juvenile male was located by officers from the Sauk Prairie Police Department off School District property and was cooperative with officers. During the contact a Co2 Pellet gun was recovered from the juvenile.” The Police Department “will be referring charges on the juvenile male of making terroristic threats, possession of a facsimile firearm, and disorderly conduct. The suspect was placed in a secure juvenile detention facility.” During the event no one was injured, and no shots were fired.
