Mike Hooper, president of We Energies, submitted an opinion piece to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel regarding the necessity of natural gas facilities. However an article published by Rocky Mountain Institute highlights the concern gas facilities will become stranded assets, as coal plants have become.
