The River Valley School Board highlighted the devotion and efforts of Sara Young at their board meeting in the April Community Spotlight. The award recognizes community members who have served above and beyond their role for having a positive impact on River Valley staff and students. Young is a resident of Spring Green and is completing her tenure as a River Valley School Board member. “We are very thankful for Sara and her incredible leadership and civic representation with our community, staff, and student body. Ms. Young is a respected, involved advocate for students and staff; she makes the River Valley School District a better place,” district administrator Loren Glasbrenner said.
