Ben Stimpson, his wife Laura, and their children pose with the church bell from the Spring Green Cornerstone Church that was saved during demolition of the church, which was destroyed by fire on November 12, 2015. Matt Archie had done some investigation on the bell and found that it was apparently made by the Cincinnati Bell Company, which was in business in the 1860’s.
“It has no monetary value, as these bells were very common, but of course it has great personal value to many in Spring Green,” Miller said at the time the bell was recovered.
