The Sauk City Village Boad honored two veteran former board members at their April 29th meeting, as Jim Anderson and John Schmidt chose not to run for reelection after decades of service. Anderson, who just stepped down as Village President, and Schmidt, who served on the board, were all smiles as they were presented with a “retirement” cake at the meeting. Photo contributed.
