Maplewood, in Sauk Prairie, has been awarded a 5-star rating by the state of Wisconsin.
This distinguished honor reflects the highest level of quality in senior care and is based on a comprehensive review of several key criteria. These include health inspections, staffing levels, and quality measures that assess the overall well-being of their residents. Receiving a 5-star rating means that Maplewood has met the state’s most rigorous standards.
