Bridges Kindergarteners have a Fort Day

Some Kindergarten classes at Bridges voted to have Fort Day as their BEE (Bridges Everyday Expectations) reward. Students had a blanket for quiet time and then built forts during play time. The students had earned 100 BEE tickets for making great behavior choices at school and thus were able to choose a BEE reward. What a fun, and creative time for the students. Thanks teachers for letting your classrooms temporarily become a fort.

Wisconsin Heights renews Virtual Academy, new addition looking good

Although it was finished in time for school in the fall, there was a lot of behind-the-scenes work to be done on the new elementary addition to the Wisconsin Heights single campus building. The time was worth the effort, however, as work comes to a close on the building. The insides of the elementary wing are colorful and feature local history on the walls. It’s a great setting for little minds.

The finishing touches are being completed on the new elementary addition to the Wisconsin Heights campus, with warranty, systems training for staff, and sitework rounding out the list of things being done.

The Bridges Elementary School climbing wall has become reality. Last school year students worked hard to raise funds during their first annual Bridges Bolt. These funds helped to purchase the climbing wall. It even has adaptive pieces to make it more accessible. Bridges student and staff thank the community for their help with the project.
